The room was cheap, the bed was very big, the service was very efficient. For breakfast there were fruit, eggs and bacon. I got free upgrade and liked it. Personnel was pretty & appalling. The pool bar in the hotel had a huge variety of alcoholic soft drinks, gins and brandies throughout the day...

the property was beautifully decorated, the staff was accommodating, everything else was fantastic too. we had suite with the balcony and champagne plus snacks. absolutely fabulous location at a near distance from h roof.

the beach was clean. the piano bar onsite. we loved the pool. we will definitely visit place for next time, if we come to cancun.
